This position requires an individual who is able to work in a busy environment, is detailed and team oriented. The Prep Manager oversees all raw material preparation and the thaw process. In addition to the prep process the Prep Manager will oversees all activities of Production Sanitation. Utilize Supervisor(s) and key personnel to ensure the accurate, efficient and cost effective prep and delivery of fully kitted batches delivered to Production.

2nd shift (Prep area)

Assists FSQ Management in the maintenance of overall product quality and safety. Assures the effective completion and documentation of Quality Assurance responsibilities. In event of absence position will be filled by the Sr. FSQ Technician.
