Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance on production equipment and the facility as requested by the maintenance supervisor.

This hands-on position reports to the Director of Maintenance and manages and coordinates activities of workers engaged in repair, upgrades, maintenance, and installation of machines, special projects, tools, and equipment, and in maintenance of buildings and grounds, by performing the following duties personally, or through subordinates.

Oversees Sanitation Supervisor and is ultimately accountable for all activities and results related to sanitation programs within designated location(s). This position directly interfaces with Production mgmt. and Quality Assurance departments.
