As a kid, the anticipation of receiving a card from Grandma Blount meant one thing - CASH! Just kidding, what we really looked forward to was her famous hidden initials. Grandma Blount always chose cards that were entirely too busy and had way too much going on. Why, you ask? Because it meant finding the initials she cleverly hid in the design would prove to be a challenge. Once we opened that envelope, the search for “RPB” (Ruth Palmer Blount) was on! Grandma Blount was the glue that held our family together. She loved to cook as much as she loved to eat, and she passed this love down to all of us. We often say this brand was “born from a love of food,” and she’s the matriarch behind it all. As homage to our grandma, we have hidden the initials “B, F & K” inside the pattern of every cup of soup!
